Not satisfied With Your Print?
Satisfying our customers is a business philosophy that we respect, practice, and emphasize in our business.

Need to Return a print or product?

To return a product to Dog River Photo LLC, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). This can be done by contacting our service department at Dogriverphoto@comcast.net, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Contact phone number
- Order number
- Nature of the problem

In general, Dog River Photo LLC will accept a return on any print or product you are not happy with within 30 days of receipt.  Please contact us to discuss details and arrange to get the print or product back.

Since we have been in business, we have yet to have a RMA request. We pride ourselves in giving you the highest quality product to begin with. Some of our competitors will display every picture they take regardless if it is out of focus, over or under exposed etc. We only display and sell high quality shots.
